Gender equality

Gender equality is very necessary today since gender inequality has always existed because that was very common in ancient times, but we can have a change starting in our homes with simple and equitable tasks such as: dividing the tasks in other words, helping everyone at home, or actions in society such as denouncing cases of harassment and sexism, empowering girls and women, going against the stereotypes that have been raised and committing ourselves to this cause because it implies that women and men, girls and boys will have the same rights, the same resources, the same opportunities and the same protection.

Change is going to happen

By us and for us 

We are going to promote in children an equal treatment between men and women so that they practice it from that age.

Campaigns will be created to support gender equality.

An attempt will be made to eradicate this problem by exposing people who have this type of macho, sexist, etc. ideas.

Think carefully about what we say, in this way we will avoid issuing any idea against gender equality or any stereotype.

Doing all the housework since they are and will be for everyone, not just for the mother.

Support any social movement that promotes gender equality because in the future this will be a reality with everyone's support.

La igualdad de género, un concepto 

normalizado en un futuro

 

La igualdad de género es algo que ya debería ser normalizado, pero lamentablemente, solo existe poca igualdad en algunos lugares y en otros ni siquiera existe la igualdad ya que en tiempos antiguos se tenía un pensamiento muy anticuado y/o machista, sexista, etc.

Algunos de esos pensamientos son: como que las mujeres no pueden ocupar algunos cargos solo por el hecho de ser mujeres, o que solo sirven para estar en la casa criando y cuidando a los niños. Pero muchas veces algunas mujeres han tenido que esforzarse más que los hombres y así demostrar lo capaces que son e incluso más aptas para algunas labores.

Estos pensamientos vienen más de las personas mayores debido a que ellos fueron criados así y es muy difícil hacerlos cambiar de pensamiento.

La desigualdad de género también la podemos encontrar en la educación por ejemplo en la medicina, en todos los modelos de anatomía 3D que podemos encontrar son hombres, cuando debería haber de hombres y mujeres para tener un mayor conocimiento completo en estos ámbitos.

Para poder erradicar esto tomara muchos años, y se tendría que inculcarles desde muy pequeñas la igualdad de género. Empoderarlas y que deben tener en cuenta que no necesitan de ningún hombre, ya que otra creencia muy común es que “DETRÁS DE UNA GRAN MUJER, HAY UN GRAN HOMBRE”.
